The first three chapters of Ulysses are situated in the area
covered in this print. Much of the first chapter occurs in the Martello
(Joyce’s ) Tower in Sandycove.The second chapter is set in Summercove
in Killiney, and in the third chapter Stephen Dedalus walks along Sandymount
strand (top left). References to the text of Ulysses, places,
